I recently parked in your multi-storey car park for the first time and I am afraid I had a very negative experience. I returned to my car and started to drive towards the exit, I saw a very large sign overhead that said, 'If you have not paid, please re-park and pay at a pay station.' I parked again looked for a pay station. , I saw a sign saying that the pay stations were on levels 4 and 8, so I took the lift to level 4. , I could not find a pay station, so I returned to the lift. Then I saw a small sign in the lift that said I could pay with my debit card at the exit barrier. I returned to my car and finally got to the exit 15 minutes, cost me an extra 70p.
