A group of local people are fighting to have rubbish bins removed from outside their houses. The bins recycle household waste and are very popular with the public. Woodland Grove residents claim their lives are being made miserable since the bins arrived in the Stars Lane Car Park near the town centre. They are woken at all hours with the sound of bottles breaking as they are put into the bottle bank, and they have had their views overlooking Nine Springs beauty spot blocked.
