Paragraph of text:
'Sailing solo
On my most recent trips I have often been alone; if not I've usually got my project manager with me or my boyfriend. I've always preferred to sail alone. There is nobody there to bother you. You make the decisions. In the Southern Ocean you're never really alone. You nearly always see albatrosses or dolphins, which often stay with the boat for days.'
