If you die and you have not made a will, the law decides who gets what. Another important thing to remember is that you should review your will annually to check it still fits your wishes. In other words, look at it to check you still want to leave the same things to the same people. If your circumstances have changed since you made your will, for example you have got divorced, remarried, or had children, you may want to make some changes. Seek legal advice when you do this.
